    Once you place an order, you agree to and acknowledge the following terms:

    Return Policy

      We want your garden to look and feel perfect which is why we guarantee that every tree and plant leaving our nursery is of the highest quality and ready to thrive.If you feel there is an issue with your delivery, pleasenotify us within 24 hours. We can be contacted via phone, email and chat.Plants and trees are perishable items. As such, they cannot be returned without authorization from our customer service team. Any item that has been removed from its original container or planted will not be eligible for a return. Please note that missing leaves or minor naturally occurring changes to plants are not considered damaged.

      Please note plants within the dormancy period are not qualified for returns after the initial 24 hour reporting period. Deciduous plants are best suited to be planted during the period of October through May. As a result, we want to make sure they have enough time to come out of dormancy.

      Canceling or editing my order after it has been placed

        We understand there may be circumstances where you need to cancel or edit your order. Immediately after checkout, all orders move expeditiously in our systems. We begin to locate, pick, and pack your order within an hour of order placement. As such, any item changes, order adjustments or cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 40% restocking fee (based on order value) will be applied on all order cancellations. Once your order is out for delivery, no changes can be made and the order cannot be canceled.

          Offer valid for new email subscribers and their first purchase with Plants Express. Applicable on all first orders (excluding taxes and gift cards). Limit one offer per customer for the life of this promotion. Codes are single use on a single order only, cannot be applied to previous orders or be used with any other offer or discount codes.           Delivery methods and timing

            The quality of our product is monitored at every point from order to delivery. In order to ensure our customers receive premium quality, Ҵýdelivers everything in sprinter vans (excluding large 24” box trees). The temperature conditions onboard are optimized for a healthy plant delivery.

            • The majority of our deliveries take place within four business days of order placement.
            • If we are able to have the order delivered in an expedited manner, we will reach out and coordinate a new date and time window.
            • If there is a national holiday, delivery dates might be extended.

              Condition of sale

              After you submit your order and the checkout process is completed, your order is taken from inventory and your credit card is charged immediately. Customers agree that their order will be delivered without requiring a signature. Our driver will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are made with our customer service team.

              What if I was delivered the wrong plant or tree?

              On the rare occasion that we deliver the wrong item, we will manage the replacement at our expense. Just contact our customer experience team and send images of the incorrect item(s).

              Size of pots

              Our plants and trees use the industry-standard for trade gallons. These sizes are smaller than conventional gallon measurements.

              Growth rates

              Our listed growth rates represent published information and assumeoptimal growing conditions. As with any live goods, we don’t make predictions about the rate at which trees will grow, fruit or flower. We encourage everyone in the Ҵýcommunity to properly nurture their plants in a suitable environment upon receipt of delivery.

              Box Trees and Oversized Items

              Trees sold in 24” boxes or 25 gallon containers are oversized (250+ lbs) and require a larger truck with a lift gate. Upon arrival, our delivery drivers will unload box trees within close proximity of the truck and in the safest location possible (either to your driveway or curbside). However, they are not responsible for moving trees beyond that point. Please be prepared with the proper equipment and resources to relocate box trees to their final destination on your property. Most orders deliver within 5-7 business days, however box trees may take up to 7-10 days depending on scheduling and availability.
