Once you place an order, you agree to and acknowledge the following terms:
Money Back Guarantee
We offer╠řa 100% Money Back╠řGuarantee on everything we sell.╠řIf you are not satisfied with any of your plants or trees, at the time of delivery, you can choose to have them replaced. If you prefer, we will pick up the plants and provide you with a full refund (including any delivery charges). We require that you inspect your plants╠řwithin 24 hours of╠řreceipt, and notify us immediately if something is unsatisfactory. After the initial 24 hour period╠řpost-delivery,╠řall items eligible for return will have a 40% restocking fee applied to the initial order. Our team of plant experts will make that determination on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you will receive a store credit╠řequal to the value of your order less the 40% restocking fee. You can contact us via phone or email if you have any concerns.╠řFor any return to be considered, it must be in its original container without ever having been removed.╠ř╠řIf you have any questions, please contact our customer service team who are glad to assist.
Please note plants within the dormancy period are not qualified for returns after the initial 24 hour reporting period. Deciduous plants are best suited to be planted during the period of October through May. As a result, we want to make sure they have enough time to come out of dormancy.╠ř
Canceling or editing my order after it has been placed
We understand there may be circumstances where you need to cancel or edit your order. Immediately after checkout, all orders move expeditiously in our systems. We begin to locate, pick, and pack your order within an hour of order placement. As such, any item changes, order adjustments or cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, a 40% restocking fee (based on order value) will be applied on all order cancellations. Once your order is out for delivery, no changes can be made and the order cannot be canceled.╠ř

Delivery methods and timing
The quality of our product is monitored at every point from order to delivery. In order to ensure our customers receive premium quality, ├█╠Ď┤ź├Żdelivers everything in sprinter vans (excluding large 24ÔÇŁ box trees). The temperature conditions onboard are optimized for a healthy plant delivery.╠ř
- The majority of our deliveries take place within four business days of order placement.
- If we are able to have the order delivered in an expedited manner, we will reach out and coordinate a new date and time window.
- If there is a national holiday, delivery dates might be extended.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at 888-444-1126. If a return is authorized, a 40% restocking fee will be applied and all plant(s) must arrive in live condition. For any return to be considered, it must be in its original container without ever having been removed. Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.╠ř╠ř
Does ├█╠Ď┤ź├Żhave a warranty?
We are pleased to offer an optional 1 Year Plant Warranty with every purchase. As a reminder, living plants can perish for a multitude of reasons. As such, we offer a 1 year warranty which can be used as a one-time replacement in the form of a store credit. The warranty must be purchased upon order placement. We require picture verification of the dead plant(s).╠ř
- Warranty is based on the original date of sale, not date of activation.
- Plants that are planted outside the recommended growing zone will not receive warranty coverage.
Condition of sale
After you submit your order and the checkout process is completed, your order is taken from inventory and your credit card is charged immediately. Customers agree that their order will be delivered without requiring a signature. Our driver will leave the package(s) unsupervised unless other arrangements are made with our customer service team.╠ř
What if I was delivered the wrong plant or tree?
On the rare occasion that we deliver the wrong item, we will manage the replacement at our expense. Just contact our customer experience team and send images of the incorrect item(s).
Size of pots
Our plants and trees use the industry-standard for trade gallons. These sizes are smaller than conventional gallon measurements.╠ř
Our listed growth rates represent published information and assume╠řoptimal growing conditions. As with any live goods, we donÔÇÖt make predictions about the rate at which trees will grow, fruit or flower. We encourage everyone in the ├█╠Ď┤ź├Żcommunity to properly nurture their plants in a suitable environment upon receipt of delivery.╠ř
