Return Policy
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with any of your plants or trees, at the time of delivery, you can choose to have them replaced. If you prefer, we will pick up the plants and provide you with a full refund (including any delivery charges). We require that you inspect your plants within 24 hours of receipt, and notify us immediately if something is unsatisfactory.
After the initial 24 hour period post-delivery, all items eligible for return will have a 40% restocking fee applied to the initial order. Our team of plant experts will make that determination on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of your order less the 40% restocking fee. You can contact us via phone or email if you have any concerns. For any return to be considered, it must be in its original container without ever having been removed. Please note plants within the dormancy period are not qualified for returns after the initial 24 hour reporting period. Deciduous plants are best suited to be planted during the period of October through May. As a result, we want to make sure they have enough time to come out of dormancy.
